The Accommodation
A recently refurbished self catering accommodation for 2 + 2 is attached to the owners own home, and offers
2 storey accommodation with own entrance, off street parking and garden sitting area and Space for a BBQ.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.
Ground Floor

The ground floor features a fully equipped fitted Kitchen including full size cooker with induction hob, fridge freezer,
washing machine, all usual appliances (including microwave, toaster and kettle) and all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
A separate Lounge / Dining Area leads off the Kitchen and provides a sofa, a 2 seater sofa bed, a TV with freeview and DVD player and
a CD Radio. The dining area provides a table and seating for four.
Stairs lead from the Kitchen to the first floor.
First Floor

The first floor features a large Master Bedroom with double bed, side cabinets, dressing table and wardrobe. There is also a wall
